Online appointments, healing plans, and the somatic support group are offered online through zoom. Appointments will be an hour in length and will include detailed coaching and guidance on how to support your nervous system and release accumulated stress and tension from current and past challenges. Complimentary Consultations are an opportunity to meet with me to learn more about Somatic Experiencing and Integrative Energy Medicine. You will receive a detailed description of both modalities, learn more about how individual sessions are conducted, and have an opportunity to share the specific aspects of your life that you are looking to address through appointments.
